How Coaching Works
Apply for Coaching
Complete the intake form and review the service agreement so you understand how coaching works and what to expect.
You will share your goals, training history, habits, and starting photos so I can see exactly where you are beginning.

Receive Your Program
Within 48 hours you will receive your personalized training program along with your meal and supplement guide, macro how-to, and fit foods list so you can start executing with a clear plan.

Ongoing Coaching
Every 1–2 weeks your program is adjusted based on your check in and progress. Training, nutrition, and strategy evolve as you improve so we keep moving forward.

Meet Your Coach | Coach Jamie
Jamie is an experienced strength coach and competitive bodybuilder who earned her IFBB Pro Card in 2006. Her career in bodybuilding and performance training has given her a deep understanding of what it takes to build strength, discipline, and long term results.
After competing in 16 shows early in her career, Jamie stepped away from the stage for several years before returning in 2015. Her comeback resulted in winning her second professional show and qualifying for the Olympia.
Alongside her competitive experience, Jamie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Rehabilitation and certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, and Life Coaching.
Jamie works with individuals who are serious about improving their strength, physique, and long term performance. Her coaching focuses on building sustainable progress through structured programming, accountability, and intelligent adjustments over time.
